How do I connect to my Garmin?

PUML Better Health supports Garmin on Apple and Android but can cause some issues if connect setup correctly.

For iPhones

On iPhones, Garmin is connected via Apple's Health App.  So when connecting to a fitness device select the Health App and your steps will sync from your Garmin.
